The Mukim Bukit Sawat Consultative Council received a silaturahim visit from a delegation from the Kampong Jerudong B Consultative Council, held in Kampung Sungai Mau, Belait District.

The delegation was welcomed by Yang Berhormat Awang Haji Md. Salleh bin Haji Othman and Yang Berhormat Awang Mohammad bin Abdullah @ Lim Swee Ann, Members of the Legislative Council. The delegation comprising over 70 people, was a return visit that aimed to exchange views and share experiences in various fields. It also opened up potential areas for cooperation between the two villages, particularly in community activities, welfare, volunteering, and youth development.
